Refund Policy
This policy should be reviewed against our actual operational workflow before production launch. The framework below is a starting point, not a final legal document.
Before Processing Begins
If you request a refund before we have submitted any information on your behalf, your $50 payment is generally refundable in full, minus any non-recoverable transaction costs. Please contact us as soon as possible after payment.
After Processing Begins
Once we have begun preparing or submitting your BOC-3 filing, your payment may no longer be fully refundable, since work has already been performed on your order.
After Submission
Once your BOC-3 filing has been submitted, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and will be evaluated case by case.
Duplicate Payment
If you were charged more than once for the same filing due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full upon verification.
Technical Error
If a verified technical error on our part caused an incorrect charge or a failed filing, we will work with you to correct the issue, which may include a full or partial refund.
Incorrect Customer Information
If a filing is rejected, delayed, or requires resubmission because information you confirmed was inaccurate, refunds are not guaranteed, since the error did not originate with our service. We will still work with you to correct and resubmit where possible.
Rejected or Failed Processing
If your BOC-3 filing is rejected for reasons unrelated to information you provided, and cannot be resubmitted successfully, your $50 payment is generally refundable.
To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
