Can I edit the company information retrieved for my USDOT number?
Yes. On the review step, you can edit any field that appears incorrect or outdated before saving and continuing to checkout.
Can brokers and freight forwarders use this service?
Yes. Motor carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders that need a BOC-3 filing can all use this service.
What information do I need to start?
You will need your USDOT number, your name, email, and phone number, your company name and MC/FF number, your principal address, and a payment method.
How long does processing take?
Processing times vary. You will receive email updates as your order moves through each stage, and you can check current status any time using your order tracking link.
